DELIVERY AREAS: We ship nationwide within South Africa, including: All major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein), Towns and regional areas Rural locations (delivery time may be longer)

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: Our standard delivery time is: 8 to 12 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary based on: Courier capacity, Your location, Peak seasons or public holidays, Unforeseen delays (e.g. weather, strikes, road closures) We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received. Processing time includes Quality check, Packing, Preparing courier documentation/s, Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

SHIPPING FEES: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your delivery location and courier partner. From time to time, ClickCrave may offer Free delivery promotions, Discounted shipping, Bundle shipping rates. Any active promotions will be displayed on the website.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to, Incorrect address details, A closed complex or estate, No one being available to receive the parcel, Your order may be returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel must be sent again.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos or video of the packaging and product, a brief description of the issue. If the courier loses your parcel, we will investigate with the courier and replace your order once confirmed.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery information. ClickCrave is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your address details before placing your order.

SHIPPING PARTNERS: We work with trusted South African couriers to ensure safe delivery. Courier partners may include: The Courier Guy, PUDO, RAM, Fastway, Aramex. Other reputable Courier provider selection may vary based on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, ClickCrave ships within South Africa only. International shipping may be added in the future.
